Magie Massalin

Maggie Massalin has worked in the events industry for over eight years, coordinating and executing events across non-profit, corporate, and private sectors. Maggie's academic achievements, consisting of an Honours Degree from The University of Western Ontario and a postgraduate certificate in Event Management from Humber College, has equipped her with a specialized and comprehensive skill set which has allowed her to be successful in every event she has managed. 

Maggie began her career at the Toronto Polo Club where she directed exclusive weekly events for club members. She remains involved with the Toronto Polo Club and volunteers on the Junior Executive Committee for Polo for Heart, the largest charity polo event in Canada. During her time as an event manager at Toula Restaurant in the Westin Harbour Hotel, Maggie successfully managed budgets and cultivated strong corporate partnerships. Most recently, Maggie worked on the events team to deliver the 2023 Gatsby Gala, a charity event that raised over $100 thousand in support of the cardiac unit at St. Michael’s Hospital. Maggie's career is characterized by her exceptional ability to produce engaging, revenue-generating events that resonate deeply with participants and stakeholders alike.
