In 2023, Laura Freimane, CPA, BBA, joined Ventana as the CFO. Laura brings operational oversight and financial accounting expertise to Ventana. She also acts as controller at VRG Capital since 2013, contributing to various transactions and serving as an interim controller for several VRG portfolio companies.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Riga Stradins University, Latvia, and has completed her CSC & CPA designations.
