Deborah, associated with VRG Capital since 1996, is a vital member of the senior management team, overseeing risk, governance, and regulatory compliance for VRG Capital's portfolio of companies. In addition to her role at VRG Capital, Deborah brings her business expertise to Ventana, as the Chief Operating Officer.

With a background in a senior position at the Royal Bank of Canada and extensive experience in managing private clients, Deborah has a proven track record in implementing effective strategies and controls. She actively participates on the board of directors for the Stormont Yacht Club in Long Sault, Ont., and holds the position of treasurer for a women's organization in the Ottawa area. Deborah has also served on the boards of numerous public and private companies.
